Terms of service

These terms govern your use of synarahq.com (the “site”) and any services offered by Synara(“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Detailed terms of paid engagements are set out separately in the project agreement we sign with each client.

Use of the site

The site is provided for informational purposes. You may view, download, and share content for personal or non-commercial use with attribution. You may not reproduce the design or copy of the site, scrape it for resale, or republish substantial portions without our written consent.

Engagement plans

Our published pricing plans (Starter and Growth) are starting points. Concrete scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are agreed in a separate written project agreement before work begins. Prices, scope, and terms in any pre-contract communication (including the pricing page) may change before a project agreement is signed.

Intellectual property

Site content (including text, images, and code) is owned by Synara or our licensors. Work product delivered as part of a paid engagement is transferred to the client per the terms of the relevant project agreement. We retain the right to reference completed work for portfolio and case-study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us before an engagement, including via the contact form, is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request. Once a project begins, the confidentiality terms in the project agreement apply.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the site is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. For paid engagements, liability is governed by the relevant project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the site will be heard in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
